• Project Management for Automation & Electrical aspects of the project.
• Electrical design & Procurement for PCCs, MCCs & Junction Boxes;
• Principle software contractors for the automation of a new dry pet-food manufacturing facility. This included dry materials/Cereals handling, fully automated process control of the entire plant, involving recipe and scheduler data handling and “Track and Trace-ability” of inventory and ingredient usage.
• Assisted in the development of Functional Descriptions and system design documents including FAT and SAT procedures.
• Design, development and implementation of “Schneider” PLC software and “Citect” SCADA system, for the control of manufacturing equipment involving around 4,000 io points.
