• Principle software contractors for the automation of a new wet pet-food manufacturing line. This included duplication of the preparation, filling, cooking and packaging equipment.
• Supplied Project Management and Electrical design engineers to join the client teams, separate to the line automation contract.
• Assisted in the development of Functional Descriptions and system design documents including FAT and SAT procedures.
• Design, development and implementation of Rockwell PLC software and Citect SCADA system, for the control of manufacturing equipment involving around 1,000 io points.
