  • Principle software contractors for the automation of a new $100m wet pet-food manufacturing line. This included duplication of the preparation, filling, cooking and packaging equipment.

  • Supplied Project Management and Electrical design engineers to join the client teams, separate to the line automation contract.

  • Assisted in the development of Functional Descriptions and system design documents including FAT and SAT procedures.

  • Design, development and implementation of Rockwell PLC software and Citect SCADA system, for the control of manufacturing equipment involving around 1,000 io points.

  • Project Management for Automation & Electrical aspects of the project.

  • Principle software contractors for the automation of a new $300m dry pet-food manufacturing facility. This included dry materials/Cereals handling, fully automated process control of the entire plant, involving recipe and scheduler data handling and “Track and Trace-ability” of inventory and ingredient usage.

  • Assisted in the development of Functional Descriptions and system design documents including FAT and SAT procedures.

  • Design, development and implementation of “Schneider” PLC software and “Citect” SCADA system, for the control of manufacturing equipment involving around 4,000 io points.
